Why choose us
A clear process, one point of contact and honest advice. This is how a typical hire works with us, from first conversation to the weeks after your new colleague starts.
Our hiring process
Five steps, in this order. The time each one takes depends on the role.
Discuss your needs
We talk through the role, the team, the skills that matter and the working arrangements. We also ask what has and has not worked in past hires.
Agree the plan
We confirm the job profile, the hiring model, the timeline and how often you would like to hear from us.
Search and screen
We approach people in our network and search for others who fit. We speak with each candidate about their experience, expectations and availability.
Shortlist and interview
You receive a small shortlist with notes on each person. We arrange the interviews and collect feedback from both sides.
Offer and follow up
We help with the offer, notice periods and the joining date, then check in after the person starts to see how it is going.

- Honest advice when a role, salary or timeline looks unrealistic.
- Candidates who have been told the real details of the role, including location and pay range where known.
- Careful handling of your hiring plans and your candidates' personal details.
- A short progress update at the intervals we agree, even when there is nothing new to report.
